You can find your Google review link inside your Google Business Profile dashboard, or we can generate it for you as part of the setup process.
Your TripAdvisor review link is taken directly from your business listing page on TripAdvisor. We can also provide this for you if needed.

Loyalty App FAQ's
The loyalty app is powered by Stamp Me and fully managed by Go Local 360. We take care of the setup, management and campaigns so you don’t need to access or learn a dashboard.
Your £35 + VAT per month includes full app management, one push notification per month to your customer base, ongoing support, Birthday Club, and quarterly lapsed customer campaigns.
Yes. Additional push notifications to your own customer base are £25 + VAT per message. We also offer push messaging to our wider customer database, priced on the number of customers reached.
The Birthday Club automatically sends customers a birthday message through the app, with an optional reward. It helps customers feel valued and encourages repeat visits.
This quarterly campaign targets customers who haven’t visited for a while, encouraging them to return with a reminder or reward.
Yes. SMS messages can be sent to your own database or our wider customer database. Messages are limited to 130 characters and support emojis and links. Charged at £25+vat per camaign plus small per-message fees apply.
Customers collect stamps using QR codes inside the Stamp Me app. They must use the in-app camera — regular phone cameras will not work.
A Stamp Tag is a small plastic card on a lanyard that uses tap-and-go NFC technology - customers just tap their phone on it to collect stamps. Perfect for restaurants, pubs, food trucks, or anywhere staff need to carry the stamping method around charged at £20+vat per card.
Stamp Pod is also available, the innovative StampPod sits on your countertop and works using ‘tap and go’ technology. Customers simply need to tap their phone on the pod to collect stamps charged at £60+vat each.
Yes. You can cancel your plan at any time. If you cancel, your most recent payment will be your final one. Any customer data or loyalty stamps will be removed and can not be recovered.
Yes. We can provide your customer data at any time upon request. This includes names, contact details, birthdays, postcodes, join dates, stamp totals, communication preferences and redemption history.
